This is just a journal....I could have done the same thing with a notebook and the original book. I thought this would walk you through blasting special zones on a specific schedule to achieve results for your identified needs (like the heart butt exercises on a rotating schedule). Sooooo disappointed. I’d like to send it back.Also, the cover is incredibly flimsy...especially for a 400+ page book. It doesn’t have proper structure to support it so it came damaged straight out of the box.Just don’t waste your money.

I'm disappointed in this book. It is merely a rehash of Ashley's great book in journal form. Considering sending it back since I won't use it.

If you've been looking for something to help you track your blasting progress, then this is it! Could you write it down in a notebook? Sure. But the details included here are so thoughtful and organized! This is really an A-type personality's fantasy journal!!Have you been hesitating to start because you don't know where to begin? Well, this guide provides you with all of the information/tools you need to start blasting, and then how to go about it! It provides you with the space to determine and write down your goals, assess your current state, and then track your progress along the way in a very detailed manner! There are even places to put your progress photos along the way 👍So this journal was designed to guide you daily throughout a 12-week period. And yes, it is a companion guide in every sense of the words - you will want to purchase "The Cellulite Myth" book along with it if you don't already have it. That way, you can research further if you come across something that you're not as familiar with (or have never heard of before), and the guide does refer back to the book quite often as well.I've actually been blasting for about 3 years now, but I'm also going to give this "12-week journey" a try. I can definitely see how it would be handy to look at my body with more of an eye to the details that I've probably been overlooking...or just not paying attention to anymore because of I've been blasting for so long. I think it will really freshen up my routine and probably will boost my results as well! And even though I'm a "seasoned" blaster, I'm sure that I'll still learn some new fascia knowledge along the way too! Nothing wrong with that!I also love how this journal is spiral bound so it lays flat when you're writing! That always makes life so much easier! Well...after writing this, now I'm pretty excited to start up a new 12-week journey!!

This is way more than I expected. I knew it was going to be a journal of some sort, but this is definitely an over achiever in a good way. The detail is incredible. It's nothing like opening up a notebook and jotting some thoughts down. This guides you through everything you NEED to be thinking about and doing including how many ounces of water you consume in a day. What "zones" you blasted. How did you feel after today's blast? I mean this is so detailed it satisfies even my own insane attention to detail while in the same beat not being overwhelming. One thought, one blast, daily education, one day at a time. This book is companion guide to her original book. I never read the original book, but this is easy to follow anyway. This is a step by step. guided 12 week program that will help you utilize your fasciblaster better and achieve results you want. This is definitely a book you need if you own or want to own a fasciablaster. I’m glad I didn’t buy her first book. This one has everything you need in it. I’ve never had any problems from fasciablasting. I follow all of the instructions and am gentle. This can be a good tool if used correctly. This book shows you how. Easy to keep track of your progress.

Have you ever craved organization but you aren't great about creating it. I am one of those gals. I love being organized and having systems. I can follow them like no other, but creating one is a pain in my back side :). This 12-week Companion Guide has been laid out to thoroughly to help us plan, track and achieve all our body goals.
