Not in the best shape. Usually get great rentals. This one is overused & split spine in chapter 6/7: unglued from back spine. Bits of black specks in some pages, stuck to them. Not touching it -don’t know what it is. This one need to be tossed after I return it.
This was a great book. I really liked the ideas that it brought up and despite that I needed this book for class, this was a very informative book and I really liked how the information was presented. Really good for source information.
It's an okay book. I've took a Journalism class, and this book took a long way to explain basic concepts.The information are fun to read, but could be repeating itself a bit. You will definitely learn more, especially on history of media and also how modern conglomerates dominates the market !
I never thought I would rate a textbook 5 stars.... but this was an easy and fun read. I really enjoyed this book.

Needed it for a class. An easy read and easy to find info to take notes.
For what I paid for it was a good deal. The binding is ripped but all the pages were intact and no writing on any pages.
Book is fine. I just got into the second chapter and found that there are three pages completely ripped out. It is probably not a huge deal, but I would have liked to purchase an "acceptable" status book with all the pages.
